I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Legian with easy access to restaurants and attractions. On the other hand, my room had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, particularly with the air conditioning. The service was lacking at times, especially regarding room cleaning.
